Join us for an authentic taste of high quality Italian cuisine full of the fresh, clean flavours of our native Amalfi Coast, served with warm, friendly Southern-Italian style hospitality.
We serve the freshest local seafood, traditional handmade pastas, wood-fired Italian pizzas and a range of delicious starters, mains and desserts, with imported Italian beers and a wide selection of wines.

Our philosophy is simple:
we use the highest quality, fresh, seasonal, local ingredients
combined with specially imported Italian products
to create authentic dishes, served as they would be in Italy.

Our commitment to high quality and authenticy has been officially recognised by the Italian Government, who have awarded us the prestigious Ospitalità Italiana - "Italian Hospitality" certification. We feel incredibly grateful and privileged to be the only restaurant in regional NSW to receive this honour in 2019.
The food and flavours that we serve are inspired by the
long culinary traditions of Italy's Amalfi Coast, where chef Fab was born,
and where he and wife Kathryn lived for many years.
We make almost everything completely from scratch.
It certainly takes longer this way....but we think it's worth it!
Many of our pastas are handmade, using premium quality imported Italian flour,
with family recipes that have been handed down through the generations.
We love showcasing the Yamba region's abundant fresh produce,
from the delicious local seafood to farm picked vegetables and premium meats.
Our Southern Italian style pizzas are wood fired and stretched by hand
Once created, our pizza dough is allowed to rise for up to 72 hours, just like in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. It is then expertly hand stretched by our pizzaiolo (pizza chef) to create mouthwateringly light, thin, flexible and elastic pizzas.
In fact, Naples’-style of pizza making has been officially granted UNESCO world heritage status, joining the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity UNESCO list in 2017, in an effort to raise awareness of traditions around the world.
To complement your meal we've sourced an extensive range of Italian wines, beers, spirits, digestives and specialty soft-drinks,
as well as Australia/NZ favourites.
We even built a wine room, to store them.
We'd be happy to help you with your selection.
For a full taste of our menu we invite you to dine in with us,
either in our air-conditioned dining room, or outside on the fully enclosed deck.
